Shopping with Alice M Jewellery 30 Day Money back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Alice M Jewellery product please contact us to return your jewellery within 3 days of receiving your package. You must then return the package within 30 days of receiving the product. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible by assisting you with the following options 1.Delivering another item 2. Replacing your order or 3. Refunding the amount paid less postage.

Refunds

To claim a refund please follow these steps:

 


 

  1. Contact us: Contact us within 3 days of receipt of your jewellery by emailing meg@alicemjewellery.com letting us know you intend to return the shipment. Please include your order confirmation number, name, shipping address and contact numbers.
  2. If you would like to talk to us directly, please call us on +353 (0)871677121  during normal office hours.
  3. Return to us: You must return the product within 30 days from the day you received your package: Send the package via a traceable carrier so that you can track your package if necessary (Registered Post, SDS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL).
  4. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Alice M Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
  5. With Watches we have to be bound to the various watch suppliers guide lines.  Let us know within 30 days about any faults and we will deal with our suppliers.

 

Note the following important information.

Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Include all original packaging and collateral material. Damaged goods due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund. Worn goods as evidenced by micro-scratches, scratches, dirt, or additional workmanship from other jewellers etc. will not be accepted. 

You should not write the words, jewellery, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package. We suggest you write "fashion accessories". Alice M jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped back to us. 

A prompt refund will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price.

Your online credit card transactions are secure with Alice M jewellery. We use PayPal, ensuring a safe Internet transmission of your personal information. 

Making a credit card purchase is just as safe on our Web site as it is by telephone, but if you prefer, you may purchase your product by calling the above number during office hours. We will gladly assist you with the order.
CURRENCY 
Alice M Jewellery now offers a selection of currencies to view when looking through our products. At the top right hand side of the screen you can opt between EUROS, POUND STERLING, US DOLLARS and AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. Once picked, all product prices will shown in your chosen currency. The exchange rate is checked daily and up dated through XE.com. However, please note that in the checkout your payment will still go through in EUROS.
